3. Counter Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your name, address, phone number, and email.

  2. Identification of the material and its location before removal.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake.

  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.

  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant. If we do not receive notice within 10–14 business days that the original party is seeking a court order, we may restore the removed content.


4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, CuriosityHub has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
